The Christian life is never meant to be lived alone. We need one another for ongoing encouragement, help, and even rebuke so that we can persevere in faith and obedience to Christ (Heb. 3:12-14). At High Pointe, we believe that Life Groups (LGs) are an excellent means by which we help one another grow and persevere in the faith.

When and where do Life Groups meet?

LGs meet at different times and days of the week in the homes of various members of HPBC (not necessarily in the homes of LG leaders). While some LGs meet weekly, others meet every other week. Because the Ministry Training Program and Student Ministry Gathering meet on Wednesday nights, we discourage LGs from scheduling their meetings on Wednesday nights.

Who can join a Life Group?

LGs are for members of HPBC. We encourage all members of HPBC to be a part of a LG.

How do I join a Life Group?

To join a Life Group, email the Life Group Administrator and we will help place you in a Life Group near you that matches your availability. We do this in order to ensure that groups do not get too full and are evenly distributed.

If you have any further questions, or would like to speak with someone directly about LGs at HPBC, please contact the LG Administrator, Colby Wilkins, at 512-837-7725 or
