Spring 2012 Schedule | Feb. 5 – May 13
Basics Track: New Testament Overview (Missions Room)
Led by Ben Wright, Jim Mann, and B.J. Goosby
Having examined last fall how the OT points us towards Christ, we’ll now open the NT. We’ll survey all 27 books in 14 weeks, with a special eye to see how Jesus fulfills—in the past, the present, and the future—everything the OT anticipated.
Required resource: your Bible
Our Church’s Mission Track: Biblical Counseling (Livingston Room)
Led by Josh Hayward and Jack Higgins
A foundational aspect of our church’s mission is to make disciples—to lead one another to turn from sin and to follow Christ. This can happen in all sorts of ways between any two believers, not just in a formal, pastoral “counseling session.” This class is designed to equip our congregation to encourage one another to believe the gospel and obey its commands.
Helpful resources: Instruments in the Redeemer’s Hands (Tripp)
Living Biblically Track: Biblical Manhood & Womanhood (Choir Room)
Led by Juan Sanchez
All sorts of cultural breezes are blowing against the biblical picture of what manhood and womanhood look like. If we want to be faithful in displaying God’s image in the world, we need to grasp how Scripture calls us to be distinct from the world. In this class we’ll work to understand and fulfill our gender roles in the home, the church, and society in light of God’s Word.

Youth Emphasis Track: 20 Basics Every Christian Should Know (Fellowship Hall)
Led by Otis Fields, Anil Levi, and Wes Pierce
Though this class is particularly targeted to establish teenagers in the faith, all are welcome to attend. We’ll study twenty areas of biblical teaching that are foundational to what we believe about God, how we relate to him, and how we live faithfully in this world.
