The Bible: Finding Your Place in The Real Story
This Sunday, we explored how the Bible tells one unified story-from beginning to end-centered on God's glory. This true narrative shows God's work solving the problem of sin through Jesus Christ. When Adam sinned, God made a promise in the garden. He worked through one man, then one family, then one nation but the goal was all peoples. At just the right time, God sent His Promised Son to accomplish redemption through His death and resurrection, followed by the sending of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. As believers, we find our place in this story as Christ's witnesses, showing and telling the good news in our workplaces, schools, and neighborhoods.

Annual Memorial Day Picnic | Sunday, May 25
It’s time for our annual Memorial Day Picnic. Join us on Sunday evening, May 25, at 5:00 PM as we gather as a church for fellowship, fun, and BBQ.
The church will provide the BBQ, but members are being asked to bring the sides and desserts based on the first letter of your last name.
A-G bring a hot side dish
H-L bring a cold side dish
M-Z bring a desserts
Teens and college students, bring beverages.

At this year's VBS, take a ride out west with us to Wonder Junction to focus on the greatest wonder of all, Jesus! High Pointe's VBS is for everyone! There are many ways you can participate the week of and even before VBS begins! Online registration opens today. Click here to register. NEW Life Classes Began Last Sunday
Life Classes are meant to equip High Pointe for life as a Christian. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity and join us. Childcare is available for ages 8 months through Pre-K. This session, we are offering the following classes from January 26 to May 25:

Gospel Partner of the Month: Cuba | Predica Fiel
In our approach to missions at High Pointe, we not only seek to send our best, but we also want to equip and encourage those who are already serving in the field. One of the ways to do that is to provide training for national pastors and missionaries. Predica Fiel is a training ministry that equips pastors, missionaries, and church leaders in expositional teaching and preaching. They provide training workshops throughout the island of Cuba and the Spanish-speaking world.
Please pray that the Lord will give them favor and fruitfulness in their work. Pray that the Lord would grant them continued opportunities to train pastors, missionaries, and teachers. And pray that the Lord would provide all the resources they need to do their work.
